After a conversation with a recruiter and an in-house discussion of your qualifications, we review your background with the client.  If there is initial interest, we proceed with a direct interview and credential verifications.  We’ll provide detailed information on the position responsibilities and objectives, the client company culture and growth potential.  We’ll give appropriate post-interview feedback in a timely manner and outline further steps in the hiring process.

During the offer phase of the search process, we endeavor to ensure that compensation expectations are in alignment.  We coordinate with the client and candidate of choice regarding all aspects of the transition, including relocation.
